John D. Holschuh III works with the firm’s litigation group. His passion for helping his clients is paralleled only by his devotion to providing them with the highest quality legal representation. He understands how stressful a lawsuit can be, so he uses a client-centered approach, making sure he is aware of his clients’ goals and that his clients have an open line of communication to know their legal rights, exchange information, and discuss strategy.
John was born and raised in Cincinnati. After law school, he worked with the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, including disputes concerning real estate, contract, civil rights, consumer, and administrative law. John graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was a published member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Before law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University with a major in American History. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, John spent a semester studying Mandarin Chinese at Beijing Foreign Studies University. He enjoys camping with his brother Jake, cooking with his sister Heather, watching movies with his mother Wendy, and visiting historical sites with (as well as working alongside) his father John D. Holschuh Jr.
