Chuck Meyer is the president of Santen & Hughes. He is a strong believer in speaking and writing in plain language that is both concise and easily understood. Chuck is an excellent listener who asks questions to make sure he understands the facts and his client’s objectives. He is comfortable handling complex situations and works to bring about creative resolutions. Chuck has long held an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Chuck works closely with owners of privately held businesses as they form their businesses, negotiate their contracts, and buy and sell businesses. He also works with the owners of these businesses regarding their succession planning and estate planning. He is also experienced in handling business insolvency matters.
Chuck also has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of civil litigation, including contract disputes, real estate, probate, business ownership disputes, and collections.
Chuck has been involved in numerous non-profit community organizations. He has served on numerous boards of non-profit organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Board of The Corporation For Findlay Market. He was a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 34 in 2010-2011. In 2003, the Cincinnati Bar Association awarded him the John W. Warrington Community Service Award for extraordinary volunteer community service.
